The vegan menu includes rolled cabbage made from ingredients such as soybeans, corn, onions, and green peas, and Plant kebab salads made from soybeans and onions that have a kebab like meat and much more.
There are also plant-based desserts. Enjoy dairy-free chocolate mousse with carrot puree and seaberries.
Also, plant-based kebabs wrapped in traditional Swedish flatbread “TUNNBRÖD” will be available only at IKEA Harajuku.
Plant-based cheese sauce is used for veggie dogs made from kale, lentils, quinoa, onions and wheat proteins.
Ikea’s signature item “Meat Ball” will reborn as “Plant ball”. It uses plant-derived ingredients instead of meat, such as yellow pea-derived protein, oats, potatoes, onions, and apple. It just looks and tastes exactly like meat without compromising taste or texture. The plant ball will be available in October. Stay tuned!
