Sweet Potato Lover “MUST-TRY” Dessert Debuts at First Kitchen on Sept. 24

Enjoy the sweetness and texture

A Japanese first food chain First Kitchen will launch 3 desserts that combines First Kitchen ingredients with seasonal sweet potato “Beni Haruka” by using its sweetness and texture at First Kitchen stores and Wendy’s First Kitchen collaboration stores (excluding some stores) on on September 24.

What is Beni Haruka?

A type of sweet potato that was born by breeding “Kyushu No. 121” and “Spring Kogane” and was registered in 2010. When heated, it has a moist and fluffy texture, and the sugar content exceed 60 degrees. It has better sweetness and texture than other varieties of sweet potatoes that have been on the market so far.

Beni Haruka Shiratama Cream Zenzai (¥350)

This one combines Hokkaido Yudeazuki, soft serve ice cream, shiratama dango, and black honey, which go well with the moist and steamy Beniharuka. (Dine-in only)

Beni Haruka Poffe Soft (¥350)

A bite-sized fluffy mini pancake “Poffertjes”, soft serve ice cream, and black honey unite with the moist steamy Beniharuka. With its gentle warmth and cold soft serve ice cream, it is a perfect product for the fall and winter seasons. (Dine-in only)

Black Honey Hoku Hoku Beni Haruka (¥300)

A simple tailor made by deep-fried moist Hokuhoku Beniharu at a store and sprinkled with black honey. You can enjoy as a dessert or as a light meal.
