Sennariya Coffee founded in 1948 in Osaka has a new brand “Sennariya Fruit Parlor” and its pop-up store is now open in Odaiba, Tokyo.

The store offers the famous “Mixed Juice” and “Pudding à la Mode”, and also the blue, white, and yellow “3 kinds of melty cheese fondue” as a winter item.

“White cheese fondue“: using fresh cheese and cream cheese with a smooth texture like a dessert.

“Yellow Cheese Fondue”: rich flavor with Gruyere cheese, the queen of cheese, and Emmental cheese, the king of cheese.

“Blue cheese fondue“: Rich blue cheese mixed with smooth cream cheese and mascarpone. Perfect for cheese lovers

There are 5 types of plates to match each cheese fondue sauce (meat, vegetable, mixed parlor, dessert, and fruit to choose from.

Furthermore, there is a full lineup of omelet rice wrapped in fluffy eggs, topped with kushikatsu, and clay pot fondue carbonara pasta finished with cheese fondue sauce,

They also added a new item on the popular Taiwanese castella collab menu:

“Taiwan Castella CUP” topped with fresh cream and fresh fruits in a cup filled with bite-sized Taiwanese castella.

“Taiwan Castella Burger” with ingredients sandwiched in Taiwan Castella.
