Another new style of pancake has emerged!

“Panel Cafe” of selected tea and fluffy pancake opened in Nagoya Odaka Aeon Mall today! They serve signature “Pancake Dorayaki (or sandwich) with soft and fluffy texture. It’s a souffle pancake but served in a different way.

Their famous souffle pancake was created through repeated trial and error, which is popular for its new texture that melts in the mouth.

They bake the pancakes one by one with a unique baking method, that brings out a new texture.

Pandora = Pancake Dorayaki

The pancake Dorayaki (they call “Pandora” for short) sandwiches special whipped cream between pancakes. It comes in plain, custard and cream cheese!
