Omuhayashi Rice for Meat Lovers Available For a Limited Time

“Nikumeshi Okamoto“, managed by a subsidiary of Arkland Service Holdings Co. who owns Katsuya, Tokyo Tarako Spaghetti, etc will introduce a new menu item “Omuhayashi” on January 24.

You can enjoy the super tender stewed meat even more!

“Nikumeshi Okamoto” offers a new type of meat bowl that is not a katsudon, gyudon, or oyakodon. The restaurant will launch its first Western-style item “Omuhayashi” for a limited time on January 24. It’s an elevated version of Omu-rice!

They use soft-boiled eggs, slow-cooked tofu, and tender meat covered in demi-glace sauce. By adding beef belly to this, the complex flavor spreads throughout your mouth. This is a new type of omuhayashi that combines Japanese and Western styles.

Add cheese topping for an additional ¥250 for you preference.

The main characters are carefully simmered meat and tofu.
Slowly stewed daikon radish and boiled egg are great supporting characters that support the meat.
Special spicy sauce and chopped condiments make for a full-flavoured cup until the last bite.
