When it gets cold, you may miss the hot pot! This year, OMATCHA SALON have launched the popular matcha soba hot pot series in a safe and secure “one-person hot pot” as a new noromal.
Do you know fermented food improve skin and immune system? It ranging from traditional Japanese food such as salted koji, amazake, and miso to those which are popular around the world such as kimchi and doubanjiang. Various kinds of fermented foods are used for ingredients and soup stock.
Fermented hotpot
“Tomato and Camambale tea soba fermented hotpot” made with white miso, “Garnet tomato, avocado, mozzarella and tofu tea soba fermented hotpot” with melty cheese and fluffy avocado, and the refreshing “Shio Koji and Lemon Tea Soba Fermented Hot Pot”. A full lineup of fermented hot pot menu is available to warm you from the core of your body.
In addition, “Kamishu Seseragi Pork and Uji Matcha Soba Fungus Active Soba Shabu Fermentation Pot” is also available! Pick your favorite soup stock out of 6 using fermented ingredients. They have “Konbu Katsuo Dashi (Shio Koji / Bonito flake)”, “Tomato Dashi (Shio Koji / White Miso)”, “Sukiyaki Dashi (Soy Sauce / Amazake)”, “Yakuzen Chongqing hot pot (doubanjiang)”, “Kimchi spicy miso dashi (miso, mirin)” and “Soy milk sesame dashi (sesame and amazake) “.

You can choose from 5 types of dipping sause: “flavored yuzu, vinegared tachibana ponzu, sesame walnut, spicy soymilk, and chili oil”.
