Edo Wonderland Nikko Edomura will hold a “Summer Great Shrine” festival!
The event is for recharging the summer, with various attractions including the “Disease-Free Festival !! Abandoned Killer” that depicts the youkai Amabier and “Driving-off Disease float parade”.
On August 14 and 15 this weekend, the evening event “Edo no Wonderland” will light up the Edo town for two nights only. They also plan to launch fireworks from the Edo town.

“Edo no Wonderland”
Enjoy various events and meals in the evening, as well as Edo townscape with the fantastic lights, which is quite different from the daytime. Night events include dance to the Shamisen instrument, the Oiran Way and fireworks.

Entrance fee after 4PM (2 days only): Adults ¥2,000 / Children ¥1,500
*Customers with pass (1 day ticket and afternoon discount ticket) can still play.
*Preschool children are free, elementary school children are for children fee, junior high school students and older are for adults

Driving-Off Disease float parade
In order to get rid of the current social anxiety and to bring a peaceful everyday life to everyone’s hearts, the float parade will walk through aound the commercial district of Edo, hoping for this benefit. The Edo people walk with all their hearts, letting the sound of lively drums echo.
Disease-free festival!
A rally that uses the smartphone app LINE. Let’s draw Amavier based on the information of the youkai Amabier circulating in the Edo town.
