MIYASHITA PARK Top Floor Restaurant “SOAK” Is Now Accepting Reservations
BAKERU Co. will open an entertainment restaurant & bar “SOAK” on the top floor of the new brand hotel “sequence MIYASHITA PARK” in Shibuya “MIYASHITA PARK” on November 13. They are now accepting reservations.
The restaurant offers Japanese innovative cuisine under the supervision of “Nishi Azabu 81 (eighty one)” Takeshi Nagashima and “Hong Kong’s leading Japanese chef” Hideaki Nagaya.
Nagashima has worked at the Michellin 3 star restaurant “El Bulli” in Spain for 6 months. He opened “81” two years ago after he returned.
Nagaya has received “JAPANESE CUSINE TOP 5 CHEF IN HONG KONG” in 2018.
Takashi Goto, who was a bartender at “Sake Bar DECIBEL” in New York and “Shampoo” in Shinjuku Golden Street will overseas the bar.
SOAK is located 3-minute walk from Shibuya Station and is directly connected to “MIYASHITA PARK”. It can be used as a new party and event space for up to 100 people. Artistic interiors such as the iconic mirror ball with the image of floating clouds will make your party & event special.
SOAK has a rooftop terrace “OYU” with a pool and a panoramic view of the city of Shibuya.
