Our advice
If you are planning to expand your fall/winter wardrobe, this is the last chance to shop for great sale prices. The 5 malls are located in Kanto region of Tokyo, Saitama, Chiba, and Kanagawa, where the State of Emergency has been declared.
I hope each shop practices social distancing rules such as restricting shoppers entry at a time. But a lot of retailers here don’t follow those rules based on what we have seen so far. So please take a precaution, wear a face covering, wash hands and mouth after shopping.
