Monsoon Cafe will start “Mango Fair 2021” with 4 kinds of unique mango sweets on May 17 for a limited time through mid September.
Who is Monsoon Cafe?
“Monthoon Cafe“, which is said to be the spark of the domestic ethnic food boom, is a Southeast Asian restaurant with the theme of “relaxing oriental” and “paradise in the city”.
Under the theme of “healthy Southeast Asian food”, they are committed to not only providing the authentic taste of Asian countries such as Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia, but developing health-conscious dishes. Mango Fair 2021 features 4 sweets in the lineup, including the new “Mango Parfait”, “Mango Palata”, “Mango Tango”, and “Monsoon Pudding (Mango)”. Feel the arrival of summer ahead of time with the tropical sweets, where you can fully immerse yourself in the feeling of a tropical resort.
At this year’s mango fair, they will use “Apple Mango,” which has a rich sweetness and mellow scent, with the skin turning red like an apple when ripe. Mango is known for one of the “three major fruits of the world”, and it is not only sweet and delicious, but contains nutritional ingredients such as β-carotene, vitamins, and potassium that make the body happy!

1. Mango Parfait(¥1,078)
Parfait using fresh and fresh apple mango, with cold mango sorbet, tropical coconut ice cream and almond tofu.
2. Mango Paratha (¥968)
“Paratha” with a crispy texture is topped with mango, coconut ice cream, chocolate sauce, etc. * Paratha is a bread that originated in India and is made by folding dough into multiple layers, spreading it thinly, and baking it.
3. Mango Tango (¥825)
Mango, coconut ice cream, mango pudding, and small tapioca floating on cold coconut milk. It’s a classic and popular dessert of Monsoon Cafe, based on the concept of Vietnamese traditional dessert “Che”.
4. Monsoon Pudding (Mango) (¥420)
A popular homemade pudding by Monsoon Cafe. This Vietnamese-style pudding with plenty of condensed milk and sweet and bittersweet caramel sauce is packed tightly in a small bottle.
