A Co-Creative Retreat Hotel LIME RESORT HAKONE will open on October 1, 2020. It was formally known as Colony Hakone.

Located in Fuji-Hakone Izu National Park, Hakone Sengokuhara is a highland resort full of nature known for its Susukino Meadow.

Many museums and golf courses sit around the area, and visitors can enjoy various activities in the mountains and Lake Ashi. The hotel offers a camping type stay with a spacious and open space in this blessed natural environment,

Co-creative Retreat, where you share sensibilities and actions with friends and releases their independence and creativity, is an inaccessible experience that can only be realized in a realistic setting.
Due to the new-type coronavirus pandemic, sharing a private space with only trusted friends is important.

Stay style

From arrival to departure, they offer an all-inclusive style from meals and drinks to a set of facilities for meetings so that you can use it as if you were in a private villa.

The meal concept is “HOME PARTY”. Barbecue and garden party style where guests themselves can participate, making full use of materials such as seafood collected in the near ocean and the blessings of the forest.

Standard POD room

The 25sqm standard room is a modern Japanese room with a POD bed that stands for “cocoon” in the wall. All rooms have a meeting board with a white board, so you can have room service for a meal or a breakout session.

Architectural Design

An open space from the entrance, a meeting space that can accommodate large to medium-sized spaces, a courtyard and a fireplace where people gather together to talk with nature, and an architectural space that has been carefully thought out so that ideas can easily come to mind. Odakyu new romance car VSE, MSE, GSE, Hakone Tozan Railway “Allegra” vehicle design, “Pompidou Center” , one of the tourist attractions in Paris, “Embassy of Belgium” and “Kansai International Airport passenger terminal building”. These are all designed by Noriaki Okabe, a Japanese leading architect.

You can relax anywhere in the building, feel the changes in the natural environment, and create a corridor that stimulates your brain while walking around.
