Lawson Store 100 Starts Hokkaido Fair on August 4
Lawson Store 100 will launch the “Hokkaido Fair” on Wednesday, August 4 at their 674 locations (as of June 2021) nationwide.
They will bring a wide variety of Hokkaido gourmet foods that are popular at product trade shows such as “Ikameshiya” and “Shishamo”, local ramen and local sweets. They also have snacks such as “Saketoba Slice” and “Roasted Shellfish String” that are perfect as a companion for watching Olympic games at home.

Ikameshi is a Hakodate specialty made from Hokkaido squid.
Kushiro Fisheries Cooperative Association, Mr. 3 shishamo (¥495 after tax)
Male shishamo with the original taste of the material condensed. Enjoy the plump body and rich taste.
Shikisha, the whole skin, Sweet Potato (¥538 after tax)
A sweet potato made from whole sweet potato including skin. The custard cream with a gentle sweetness is wrapped in a dough that makes the best use of the sweet potato flavor and baked.

“Yogruppe” is a fermented beverage with mild acidity and moderate sweetness, which is a mixture of three types of lactic acid bacteria in fresh raw milk from Hokkaido.
