Kyoto Hachikian Opens A New Concept Shop In Shin-Osaka Station On July 22

Hachikian will soon open a new concept shop in Shin-Osaka Station. It’s a long-established hideaway restaurant in Kyoto away from the hustle and bustle of the city, where many celebrities go.

Hachikian’s Commitment to ingredients and hospitality

“Kyoto no Tori Dokoro Hachikian” in Marutamachi, Kyoto is a chicken restaurant many celebrities visit.
A long-established restaurant founded in 1970 will open its first store in Shin-Osaka with a new look.
Their “Oyakodon” uses carefully selected chicken and inherit the famous “duck namba” finished with duck meat, Kujo green onions, and Japanese pepper.

Oyakodon, which uses fatty and tasty chicken and special eggs, carefully selected by the owner, has been widely featured in the media and is a popular item that has won the Gold Award at the National Bowl Grand Prix for the second consecutive year .

This gorgeous Oyakodon uses “Daisen chicken” from Tottori prefecture and 3 special eggs. It has a soft yet elastic chicken, a thick egg that melts, and a soup stock for bowls that uses a secret concoction. Many return customers go there for the deliciousness that cannot be tasted anywhere else.

Kamo Namba has been one of the signature items of Hachikian for many years.
