Japan’s first Non-Alcoholic Bar “0%” Opens In Roppongi on July 16
A completely non-alcoholic bar “0%” that realizes a “be drunk without drinking” experience with a new type of non-alcoholic drink will open in Roppongi‘s art complex “ANB Tokyo” on July 16, 2020.
The bar is open all day from morning till night, with business hours from 10AM~10PM with outlets and Wi-Fi in place. All drinks and foods are vegan-friendly. Delivery will be available soon.
This is the first bar in Japan that has no alcohol and completely non-alcoholic drinks.
Neither alcohol nor soft drinks
They have more than 20 types of drinks on the menu with a new sensation, such as the refreshing “A Real Pleasure”(¥1,500) that combines basil with fruits, “Goldentree” (¥1,000) that mixes fresh grapefruit with cold brew coffee, and kombucha sparkling (¥800) that tastes like natural wine. Some of the drinks were invented by Mr. Shingo Kaiga of “SG Group”. Their three stores are ranked in The World’s 50 Best Bars, which determines the world’s top 50.
All hoods are vegan ready
They serve vegan food with rich taste and texture including Vegan Quesadilla w/ Fried Avocado (¥1,200), CBD Chocolate Brownie (¥650), and much more.

They offer experience-based menus: drinks that you can enjoy while listening to ASMR sound (¥1,500), relaxing CBD oil (¥500), digital detox(¥500).
Creative studio YAR, led by YOSHIROTTEN took care of the interior and art direction. He is up-and-coming artist who is involved in numerous graphic and art directions both in Japan and overseas in the music and fashion scenes. Designed was done by TATO DESIGN, which handles housing, stores, office spaces, etc.
The swaying streets of Roppongi are reflected in the mirror object, giving the impression of tripping to another world. The red moon seen through the window of a spaceship, or the sun reflected in the ocean of a distant planet…. A future landscape changes depending on the heart of the viewer.
Enjoy the changing atmosphere in the morning, day and night.
In a room of the store, which also serves as a gallery space, you can watch video showing the experience of a non-alcoholic drink for a limited time
