Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo Otemachi, which is completely new and equipped with modern facilities, has opened today in Otemachi, Tokyo, a city that has flourished since the Edo period.

Denniston, headed by Jean-Michel Gathy took care of the hotel interior and designed with Japanese aesthetics and 360° panoramic views. It features minimal straight lines, soft textures, calming color palettes, art works that move the heart, and a large space. You can see Mt. Fuji in the distance on sunny day.
In addition, a modern Ikebana created by Tokyo-born zero two THREE flower artist, Naoko Kajitani, stimulates the senses.

There are many Michelin star restaurants, and Tokyo is a gathering of gourmet. At Four Seasons, Spin Design Studio presents three spaces and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views and four restaurants and bars with a fresh and new concept.
Every time you go there, you will find something new; Food that incorporate seasonal ingredients have a somewhat nostalgic taste, international elements that add Japanese elements, rare vintages and hard-to-find ingredients. The executive chef from Italy Marco Riva takes a dynamic approach to dining.

est is an innovative and contemporary French restaurant that makes use of the characteristics of the materials ordered by Michelin-starred chef Guillaume Bracaval from various parts of Japan.
VIRTÙ is a bar with the atmosphere of Paris against the backdrop of the night view of Tokyo. Head bartender, Joshua Perez, creates a cocktail that combines French flavors and spirits with Japanese-style “feelings.”
At THE LOUNGE, enjoy traditional afternoon tea with the hotel’s tea sommelier and sweets and savory by executive pastry chef Yusuke Aoki and Japanese confectionery craftsmen.
