Crossgate Kanazawa Welcomes Wagyu 100% Shogun Burger
The Kanazawa’s dining and shopping complex “Crossgate Kanazawa” will welcome “SHOGUN BURGER” (hamburger) and “Notomeguri” (sushi)on April 1, 2021. Both of them will be the first to open in Ishikawa Prefecture.
“SHOGUN BURGER” is a hamburger specialty store operated by “Daishogun”, a Japanese beef barbecue restaurant in Toyama prefecture. The 100% domestic wheat buns made for SHOGUN BURGER hamburgers and the original sauce complement the taste of Japanese beef patties that are super coarsely ground and have an excellent review.
“Notomeguri” is the first sushi specialty store in Ishikawa Prefecture that has multiple stores in Toyama, and offers fresh seafood caught at the Noto Peninsula at a reasonable price. They also have a large selection of sake, mainly local sake from Ishikawa.
Crossgate Kanazawa Commercial Area
The commercial area of ”Crossgate Kanazawa“, which opened on August 1, 2020 have welcomed restaurants not only “From Kanazawa”, which has been popular locally for many years, but also those from neighbor prefectures, with the concept of “Premium Food & Restaurant”.
On the 1st floor, there are 14 stores including food market, cafe and dessert places. 19 eateries including these 2 new restaurants are located on the 2nd floor.
