The popular menu “White Light No-Bake Cheesecake” is hidden in fluffy milk shaved ice, and the shaved ice is topped with mascarpone, rare cheese, and espuma using fromage blanc!

“No-bake cheese strawberry shaved ice” is finished with homemade strawberry sauce made by crashing plenty of strawberries.

“Rare cheese honey lemon shaved ice“. The sourness of lemon that comes from lemon jelly and no-bake cheesecake hidden in milk ice enhances the sweetness of no-bake cheesecake and milk ice.

“No-bake cheese tiramisu shaved ice” comes with coffee jelly in milk ice, topped with tiramisu cream and cocoa pounder.
