Japan’s big hotel group Prince Hotel is scheduled to open a new hotel “Prince Smart Inn Kyoto Sanjo” in spring 2022.
“Prince Smart Inn” is a next-generation hotel brand operated by Prince Hotels, which adopts a non-contact service using ICT and AI technologies that mainly targets young people “the digital generation”.
Providing a seamless service that completes from reservation to checkout with a single smartphone will realize “safety and security” and “smart stay needs” required by young customers.
4th location of Smart Inn brand
This is the second “Prince Smart Inn” brand location in Kyoto, following the “Prince Smart Inn Kyoto Shijo Omiya” that opened on May 31, 2021. They previously opened one in Ebisu, Tokyo in October 2020 and Atami, Shizuoka in January 2021.
The hotel is located about an 8-minute walk from Sanjo Station on the Keihan Line and a 5-minute walk from Kyoto Shiyakusho-mae Station on the Kyoto Municipal Subway Tozai Line. It is conveniently located for sightseeing in Kyoto, close to the “Shopping Street” as well as the tourist attraction “Nishiki Market Shopping Street”.
