Offering Long Vacation Stay Plan
The Terrace Hotels reopened on June 19 after cancellation of the emergency declaration. They closed in April temporarily in line with Japan’s emergency declaration.
Although the emergency declaration has been lifted, the situation remains unpredictable. The hotel group has implemented new hygiene standards for customer’s safety and security. They also added some changes to their restaurants and other facilities to meet the standard.

The Terrace Hotels have implemented the following new hygiene management standards to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
- Open air design throughout the building
- Temperature measurement and health questionnaire at check-in
- Hand sanitizer in public areas
- Disinfection when cleaning the guest room
- Staff temperature measurement, physical condition check and wearing of masks during service
- Social distancing for the customer’s safety
- Simplified or suspended normal services (valet service, food serving, etc.)
- Shortened business hours to minimize contact time
The Terrace Hotels offer a wellness & fine long vacation stay plan, “STAY TERRACE,” that will allow you to stay as if you were living.

- Free transfer (transfer between airport and the hotels for arrival/departure by hotel car)
- Breakfast for the number of nights stayed ※Can switch to lunch
